Mobile Service (Doctor Home Visit Service)


  • The service is facilitated by the mobile healthcare service provider (Ex: Western Hospital) & DHPL’s responsibility is solely limited to connecting the Medical Professionals and the Customer.

  • Customers are liable for the T&Cs of the western hospital when requesting the service.

  • The customer will only be charged the Doc990 service fee (Rs.99.00) at the time of the appointment placement via the web/app or 990 hotline & the remaining service offering charges (medical professional charge, hospital charges, government taxes & levies applicable) will be charged from the customers at the completion of the service.

  • The mobile healthcare service session shall not be confirmed until the Customer’s payment is accepted by the system and confirmed via Doc990 agent over a call. The service shall be completed upon the payment of the Medical Professional’s charge, Hospital Charge and all government taxes and levies applicable to the mobile healthcare service.

  • Confirmed bookings will receive a call from Doc990 agent within 2 working hours to connect the patient with the service (Doc990 operates 7am to 7pm all 7 days of the week).

  • Mobile healthcare service provider will visit the patient’s location within 24 hours for general medication related services & on call for emergency services.

  • Reports for the Labs samples collected from home will be shared within 24 hours of sample collection time via email, WhatsApp or registered post. (Based on patients request).

  • The Hospital Operates from 7am to 10pm all 7 days of the week.

  • The Hospital accepts home visits requests from locations island wide subject to delivery charges.

  • The Customer is responsible to have the necessary technical capacity, device and connectivity to have a successful service request.

  • The Medical Professional / Hospital have the right to accept or reject the Customers’ appointments at their discretion. In the event where a Medical Professional / Hospital rejects the appointment, DHPL will refund the total Doc990 service fee to the Customer.

  • DHPL or the Medical Professional is not responsible for the unavailability of the customer, when the mobile healthcare service provider arrives at the location.

  • In the event of customer unavailability, to fulfil the service, the session will be terminated. In such event, the Customer will not be entitled for a refund of Doc990 service fee.

  • The Customer hereby always agrees to conduct themselves professionally with the Medical Professional and shall refrain from using any unprofessional, improper, abusive, obscene or threatening language.

  • DHPL shall not be liable in the event of delays by the Medical Professional and no refunds or cancelation will be made by DHPL in such an instance.

  • DHPL disclaims all liability for any advice given by the Medical Professional to the Customer.

  • The Customer hereby consents for DHPL to disclose Personal Information provided by the Customer to the Medical Professional/Hospital if requested. At the request, DHPL shall provide the Customer’s Personal Information to the Medical Professional/Hospital in order to facilitate a quality service.

  • DHPL shall not under any circumstance disclose personal information of Medical Professional to the Customer.

  • To obtain digital receipts, the Customer should provide an email address when requesting the service via the Website, Mobile App or Doc990 partner. Alternatively, the Customer can visit the “My Bookings” feature on the Doc990 web page, mobile app or they can request via service@doc.lk.

  • Nothing herein expressed or implied is intended to or shall be construed to confer upon or give any person other than the Customer any rights or remedies against DHPL.

  • Doc990 accepts no liability for the services provided by the service establishments involved, as Doc990 is not the ultimate service provider.

  • If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms & conditions contained herewith, the decision of the Doc990 (Digital Health Private Limited) management shall be final
