Digital Health Private Limited will not issue medical certificates to cover official leave period through this service for any matter that you have consulted a medical professional via this platform/service.
The service is provided for one year (12 months from the date you purchase the package) & the Doctors will be consulted based on his/her availability, as soon as possible.
The package is priced at Net LKR.3,500 and payment can be made via credit/debit cards.
Only one Package can be subscribed per mobile number.

Once subscribed to the service, the Package cannot be unsubscribed or cancelled. No Refunds will be arranged.
The package will be automatically unsubscribed & disabled upon the completion of 12months.
The medicine is delivered to the subscribed users in partnership with Flash Health. The quality or any delays in delivery of the goods will not be borne by Doc990(Digital Health Private Limited).
Please note that medicine will be delivered to package holders in Colombo & suburbs within 2 working days and will take 3 – 5 working days for location of outside Colombo & suburbs

Doc990 accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this subscription package since Doc990 is not the supplier of such medical goods and services.
Doc990 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules, terms & conditions applicable to this subscription package at any given time without prior notice.
If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms & conditions contained herewith, the decision of the Doc990(Digital Health Private Limited) management shall be final.
Limitation of Liability
NEITHER DOC990 NOR ITS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS OR SPONSORS ARE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY OR DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO (i) THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICES; (ii) ANY CONTENT CONTAINED ON THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICES; (iii) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT POSTED OR MADE PUBLICLY AVAILABLE ON THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICES; (iv) ANY SERVICE PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE AND/OR SERVICES; (v) ANY ACTION TAKEN IN RESPONSE TO OR AS A RESULT OF ANY INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE SITE AND/OR SERVICES; (vi) ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY LOSS OF ACCESS TO, DELETION OF, FAILURE TO STORE, FAILURE TO BACK UP, OR ALTERATION OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE AND/OR SERVICES; OR (vii) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF DOC990 TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR USING THE SITE AND/OR SERVICES.
